We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our growing team in Hong Kong. You will be part of a dynamic and experienced team bringing the features of traditional derivative markets to the rapidly expanding cryptocurrency arena. Role Manage the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Design, develop, and implement low latency software for the exchange in C++. Define and enforce software development processes, procedures, and standards. Collaborate with the London team to ensure alignment with our company's strategic goals. Monitor and manage risks associated with software development projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Manage a team of software developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role Strong experience in low latency software development, preferably for an exchange Proficient in C++ programming language Familiarity with industry-standard software development tools and practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in the financial sector Knowledge of crypto derivatives trading is a plus This role is to be based in our Hong Kong office.
